Stewart you know you dad gets very nostalgic about these we will never make them as good as his mum!
INGREDIENTS
- Potato
- butter
- cheese
- egg
- Ruskoline bread crumbs cant be fresh
Method
- boil potatoes and mash with butter `and seasoning
- add grated cheese
- shape in to shape as picture above
- dip in egg then breadcrumbs
- grill till golden
wee tip Stewie put in the fridge to set for a wee while and keep the mash as firm as you can so they keep their shape
I am def going to try these Helen, I love anything cheesy... and these look easy peasy cheesy!! lol
