HOMEMADE SAUSAGE ROLLS

Stewart these are well worth making and easy

INGREDIENTS

  1. Bought puff pastry
  2. pkt sausages
  3. parmigiana  
  4. finely chopped onions
  5. sauces you have eg chilli or brown 
  6. egg
  • take sausages out of skins
  • mix with parsley onion and cheese
  • roll out pastry into long strips
  • spread sauce on pastry
  • then place sausage meat on top
  • place sasage mix down one side
  • fold over and seal
  • brush with egg 
  • cook in hot oven for 20 min
