INGREDIENTS
- Bought puff pastry
- pkt sausages
- parmigiana
- finely chopped onions
- sauces you have eg chilli or brown
- egg
- take sausages out of skins
- mix with parsley onion and cheese
- roll out pastry into long strips
- spread sauce on pastry
- then place sausage meat on top
- place sasage mix down one side
- fold over and seal
- brush with egg
- cook in hot oven for 20 min
